Question 2 After reading and reviewing the ten Strategies for Positive change, I notice that one positive habit that I’m trying to learn is self-motivation. I have a problem with putting stuff off until another day, sometimes I put it off so long until I don’t even remember it any more. A few examples that I would like to share are: changing a light bulb, panting a room, mowing the lawn, servicing the car or going back to school. On a good day I would get up with a positive attitude, have my mind set on what I want to accomplish for the month, get it done, but then I would just go back to my bad habits. I think that in order for me to be successful to unlearn a bad habit, I would need someone by my side consistently for motivation. My wife has helped me to overcome a few bad habits in the past and of course with me constantly doing it other and other again. Then when I looked back at everything I can’t figure out why I wasn’t doing it before. For example, I never use to brush my teeth after eating, or lifting the toilet seat before using it, but now I don’t have that

I really want to graduate from college with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, so I would need to improve on the following: use visualization to imagine success. I can see myself sitting down with fellow students waiting for my name to be called. Rewarding myself would be a big motivation for me. I think that I have already established the fact that I want to change so I know that Im on the right path already. I love to observe and model others. I would look at successful people and I know it took them a lot of dedication and hard work to get to where they are. I really need to be more patient. I cant wait to get everything done and over with. Especially school, I count down the days I have left to complete my course everyday. In conclusion, I know that if I follow these strategies for creating positive change, I will be successful, not only in school, but in my everyday life....
