How do you know? On the infestations I used on the golden crop corn, I did not infest them at all and the weight was abundant. On the bt 456, the I used a low concentration and the numbers were lower, but not by much. On the bt123 a low concentration was used, however, the numbers were not far from the bt 456 at a low infestation. Super harvest was used at a high concentration and the numbers were substantially low. The corn varieties were not equally yoked at controlling the ecb. Based on my data, the corn seed make the difference. If there was no ECB infestation in a certain year, would a farmer gain or lose financially by planting Bt corn? Explain why. If there were no infestation in a year, the likelihood of bt corn profiting would be positive more than negative.
