A mobile phone marketer can do several things to take a more proactive approach to the changes in the marketing environment in many ways. As far as micro environment is concerned this includes: the company, suppliers, marketing intermediaries, customer markets, competitors, and publics.(Kotler & Armstrong, 2008, p. 64). Once the marketer understands what the companies’ goals are, then the focus should be on customer satisfaction. It’s very competitive in phone marketing right now and if there’s way to beat your competitors’ service, then you have a great chance to corner the market.
