Unformatted text preview: OB 321 – Organizational Effectiveness CHANGE PROJECT GUIDELINES Deliverable Dates: Proposal (9/14); Final Paper (11/30) Points Possible: 60 This paper should be approximately 5-6 pages (double-spaced, not including exhibits or other data presented in an appendix). You may choose to focus on either individual or organizational change based on where you perceive the most urgent need to change. However, I strongly encourage you to choose an organizational focus if at all possible. From past experience, organizational change projects tend to result in greater insights, less procrastination, and better overall project performance. You should choose an organization where you are currently a member (remember, an organization broadly defined is two or more people striving to achieve the same goal).
