Three Day Diet Analysis On the website it states that my diet is horrible considering what I have consumed in these 3 days I don’t each much and it shows I need to start eating more than what I have been and doing better than what I have consumed . According to the results from the My Pyramid Tracker I consumed 1 cup of milk, I normally do not drink milk but I know I can improve in this area; my intake should be 3 cups. The meat and bean intake was 3.4 ounces, I am not a big meat eater but I know I can substitute more beans into my diet to meet my recommendation of 5 ounces. I love fruit but for reason I have not eaten as much in the last few days then I normally do but I consumed 0.4 cups of fruits I need to consume at least 1.5 cups. Again, I love vegetables but in the last 3 days I have not eaten what I need, I only took in 0.4 cups of

I examined the food labels from three of the items included on my food diary. Listed below are the following components for each of the items: Yogurt has 170 calories per serving, 15 percent of calories from fat, 33 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of protein, and 0 fibers. White rice has 150 calories per serving, 0 percent of calories from fat, 33 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of protein, and 4 percent of fiber.
