EE 201 Lab12 Tian Gu Code:721 Team partner: Tielong Su Chaojun Zhang Introduction     :    In this lab, we basically focused on filters. There are a few quite important ideas  we should know: cutoff frequency, bode plot (transfer function) and different kinds of filters.  Filter order We did calculation for this part by using Kirchhoff’s voltage and current laws.

This equation is nothing but the solution to the second order equation. – 3 dB frequency has been changed a bit, that is there is now two different cut off frequencies  now. The magnitude response was decreasing at a rate of 20 dB, but after the second cut off frequency  the rate of change is 40 dB
