December 5, 2009 To: University of Houston Marketing Department From: Jason Jordan, Marketing Department Lead Subject: New Submission Times for Document Printing As most of you already know we have upgraded our computer systems from version 3 to version 5 for all departments within the company. Due to the large demand from employees to hold a training session on the new software several dates have been selected and attendance will be mandatory. In order to ensure that all employees of the new system have the same level of training the software manufacture has agreed to setup a training program that will be held in Conference Room 3. The training will be administered in half-day sessions that will be held Monday 9/23 through Thursday 9/26 as follows: (9a.m. – 12p.m.) and (1p.m. – 4p.m.). These sessions will also be organized alphabetically by workers’ last names as follows: A and B C through E F through I J through M N through P Q through S T and U V through Z Any employees who cannot attend these training sessions must sign up for one of two make up sessions held on Friday as follows: (10a.m. – 1p.m.) and (2p.m. – 5p.m).
