Max Neufeld 9/06/07 HOSP1001 When I am personally a guest at a hotel or restaurant the way I evaluate there service is bye seeing what they were able to do and how well they were able to do it under there specific circumstances. I realize that all restaurants and hotels bye not be set up the same way and for certain reasons some of these places might possibly be short staffed, overbooked, etc and are not able to fulfill every customers needs as quick as possible. In this situation if I realize that the staff is working exceptionally hard to accommodate for there problem then I have come to a conclusion that they are doing everything they can to make the customer happy. If I realize that the staff is working just as hard on an extremely busy night as they are on a normal night then I come to the conclusion that they are not working as hard and should not be assessed as great. I do feel that other customers have possibly close or the same concerns as I do. When they arrive to their location of choice they also expect the best possible service. If
