INTRODUCTION: •In this assignment I was asked to submit seven different historical events that in my opinion influence sexuality today. • I plan to do this by sections with the dates, descriptions, and pictures on each of my slides.
WORLD WAR 1 • During WWI(1914-1918), women were placed into jobs vacated by men who had to leave for war with no formal training. • This left the women in charge and the men feeling emasculated in a sense when they returned to see that their women no longer needed them to survive.
PLAYBOY MAGAZINE •Playboy (later followed by Playgirl) magazines were the first soft porn that Americans has seen to show that women could be sexual and show their bodies off without any reprocautions. • Before this women were treated very fragile and innocent as if their bodies were only for the pleasure of their husbands.
