Full-Size Electric Convection Oven General Description: A two-door electric convection oven to be used to make bake goods. Reference Brand: Blodgett Model Zephaire-E electric convection oven. Classification: Equipment shall be 38-1/4" W x 20” H x 36-7/8" L ± 1” Shall use three tubular heaters. Shall have a single speed motor. Shall have at least 25” stainless steel legs. Shall be able to fit five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. Materials: Must have stainless steel front, top, and sides. Must have solid dependent stainless steel doors. Must have full angle-iron frame. Must have porcelain door handle with simultaneous door operation. Must have triple-mounted pressure lock door. Must have solid mineral fiber insulation at top, back, sides and bottom of machine. Must have an aluminized blower wheel. Must have a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner. Must have five chrome-plated racks.
