Read, watch, and listen to the media presented on the Boston Tea Party. Write a paragraph of approximately 100 words for each section listed below. 1. Using the critical thinking skills you have gained so far and referring to the materials provided for this assignment, identify two possible strategies that Thomas Hutchinson or Samuel Adams likely used to develop and improve their thinking as those historical events unfolded prior to taking a stand and acting according to their beliefs. Samuel Adams who was unsuccessful as a businessman decided to enter politics in 1765 through 1774. Once a member of the political party he began to use that power to make changes in the areas he believed in. He began a protest against the Stamp Act in 1765 and was an organizer in the non-importation agreement. By being a politician, he used his power through that in order to make a stand against what he believed in. 2. Explain the importance of building a foundation for critical and creative thinking when evaluating historical events such as the Boston Tea Party. By evaluating what I read about the Boston Tea Party, I am able to read and identify the key points and evaluate the evidence that is written for each. The information that I read regarding the Boston Tea Party the research was correct, as it has been documented the events that took place during that event.
