Grandfather Frank, a World War 2 Veteran, and Grandmother Belen immigrated to Guam then to USA. Then Grandfather slowly petitioned each of his seven children, and their respective families. Where did people come from, what were their circumstances there? Quezon City, Philippines Dad: Electrical Engineer Oil Platforms, Worked overseas Mom: Nutrition Major, Stay at home mom Vincent: Age 14, 3 rd Year High School RJ: Age 12, 1 st Year High School Tristan: Age 10, 5 th Grade When did they leave and why did they decide to leave? November 1993 and to join the rest of my mom’s side of the family. 2. What did they have to do to leave and how did they get there? Petitioned by grandparents approved, US Embassy Interviews, Pass medical testing, Received Immigrant VISA. Purchased plane tickets. Sold: house, cars, dogs, furniture, etc.
