Students handing in assignments after the specified due date will be penalized by subtraction of
0.50% off their final course grade for each day they are late.
Letter grades for the course will be assigned based on the scheme used by the School of Graduate
Studies (http://www.sgs.utoronto.ca/SGSCalendar/2001-2002/genreg8.asp).
Students are encouraged to work in groups of up to 3 or 4 students to complete the data analysis
project. Only one project should be submitted by each group. Students may work independently if
they prefer to do so.
