DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Represent the agency in a pleasant and professional manner. • Provide administrative clerical support to Business Services and Human Resources. • Interface with individuals with developmental disabilities in a positive and professional manner. • Maintain a neat and orderly desk area. • Assist with new hire process, scheduling, employment references, training, making picture IDs, paperwork, filing, etc. • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. • Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. • Verifies I-9 documentation and E-verify system. • Assists with new employee background and reference checks. • Reconciles the benefits statements. • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions. • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. • Assists or prepares correspondence. • Prepares new employee files.
