There is a lot of different information shown in the My Pyramid Plan. The most basic thing that the plan sets out for you is the recommended amount of servings you need from each group on a daily basis. Which are as follows: 1. Grains-Make half your grains whole 2. Vegetables-Eat a variety of vegetables 3. Fruits-Focus on fruits 4. Oils-Use a minimal amount of oils 5. Milk-Get your calcium-rich foods 6. Meat and Beans-Go lean with protein I learned that it takes a new outlook at diets and exercising. Also, I learned that most people do not intake the right amount of each group everyday; they usually have too much of one
