Ethical Decision Reflection After first reading this question I had several thoughts running through my head. I decided to use an example from when I had first started to become a CNA and I was an intern at a local nursing home. When I first began working for this nursing home the state had just been in a few days before to make sure everything was up to code and that everybody was doing their jobs and doing them correctly. Not more than a day after they had left I came across a woman who had an open leg wound and inside her open wound under all the bandages were maggots. I decided to talk to a few of my fellow co-workers and the nurse on my shift. Rumor had it that this poor woman’s dressing had not been changed for days. I remembered my instructor telling us we could call her if we had any questions of reporting anything we felt was a violation or inappropriate we could
