That means that my score is in the Healthy Fitness Zone. d) According to the table at the bottom on the lab, in the first test using the University of Houston non-exercise percent fat equation, I would be placed in the superior VO2 max category. The second test, the Rockport 1 mile walk test, I would also be placed in the superior category. On the third test, fitnessGram, my VO2 score would place me in the excellent category.
