For every second of this moment, there are always thousands of students who want to study in the United State of America. Why and what make them have a huge desire to leave their own countries? The answer is simply because the US has the best educational environment in the world, and because the US is also the most appropriate place to fulfill their dreams. Therefore, they have to prepare for a really long process, and when students received the I-20 form as an acceptance letter from college, they have to prepare for the final step which is a VISA interview. However, there is no guarantee that they can have VISA even though they have already received the acceptance letter. The reason is apparently because of the large demands for only small supplies, so there are always some restrictions. One of them is called Section 214(b) of the
