The Situation The Sloane Company, headquartered in Toronto, is a subsidiary of a British multinational. Sloane produces and markets four major brands of cosmetics for the North American market. This exercise involves a meeting to conduct a overdue performance review between Chris Amon , the brand manager, and Lee Pe tty, one of Chris’s three product managers.
