Summer Interns Program This exercise is a multi-issue, intra-organizational dispute. The Director of Personnel (Chris Bennett) and the Director of Engineering (Sam Stokes) are at odds with each other over the current and future workings of a summer interns program for the Levver Corporation. The conflict has been festering for some time, with each party perceiving the other to be less than helpful. Both parties have agreed to meet and discuss the matter. Preparation: 20 min.
