In this industry there are significant supply and demand constraints that can be explained in term of physical location and time availability of physicians. The supply of physicians, physician assistants, and specialists are not meeting the excess demand by patients for appointments. This lack of efficiency leads to patients having to wait weeks/months to see a doctor. Additionally the growth of the healthcare industry is making this mismatch more of a problem and providing more of need for creative solutions. 2) The end users are patients although the target market consists of physicians, specialists and especially health insurance companies. Patients needs involve accessing physicians immediately (without advanced notice) in the most convenient location for them, at a reduced cost. Physicians, especially if they are just starting out, need flexibility to be able
