CEO General description: CEO will be the person who is responsible for the total performance of the whole organization. His/her decision will affect the successfulness or failure of the company. Its job descriptions are: Set the direction of the company by developing and monitoring the strategy (e.g. which markets will the company enter? What product should be produced?) Build company culture by giving examples to other employees Support the Board Administration by reporting, advising and bridging the Board with the staffs Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Oversee the staff in developing annual budgets and submits budgets to the board for getting approval Prudently manages organization’s resources within the annual budget guidelines

Oversee the management of human resources within the organization, including hiring, firing, leading and developing the employees, especially the senior management level Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) Serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders Oversee design, development and delivery of the company’s products to ensure the quality being offered to the customers Evaluates the company’s and employees’ performance on a regular basis Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation b. COO (Chief Operating Officer) General Description: COO main job is to supervise the whole production process of the company, including the production outsourcing process, warehouse control, utility and maintenance, and also research and design departments. The job descriptions are: Set the quality standard for the company’s product and promote quality improvement Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing production, product quality and safety inside the company Estimate the outsource production costs and ensure that the production is cost effective Monitor the supply chain process and adjust the outsource production schedules as needed Ensure that the inventory management is efficient Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all operations Ensure implementation of health and safety procedure Monitor the product standards and implement quality-control programs Supervise the distribution process of product
