Huan Long 201005051 Five-Year Career Plan After graduating from SolBridge, I’d like to work for a bank as an entry-level financial analyst. At the end of the first year, I should get familiar with my work, be able to work in a financial team to gather and analyze financial information. In order to accomplish my goal, I should be capable to gather the correct and effective information, assemble spreadsheets, write reports, and work in a team. Also, I need to know all the certifications—like CPA, and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)—I should have to reach my final goal, that is, to become a personal financial advisor, and prepare for acquiring those certifications. At the end of the second year, I become more experienced in my work. I should be able to examine the feasibility of a project and prepare a plan of action based on financial analysis. In order to fulfill this, I need to, proficiently, use spreadsheet and statistical software packages to analyze financial data, spot trends, and develop forecasts. Based on the results, I know how to write reports and make presentations,
