'Green Energy Strategic Roadmap 2011' by Ministry of Knowledge and Economy of Republic of Korea Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning (KETEP) established 'Green Energy Strategic Roadmap 2011' as a mid-long term R&D milestone by 15 sectors including photovoltaic, wind power for preoccupying green energy market for the future. This roadmap includes 88 strategic items and 288 key technologies which Korea should focus on and develop in 15 green energy sectors as well as strategic directions, R&D schedule by year, commercialization strategy and capital requirements. * Photovoltaic, Wind power, Fuel cell, IGCC, Biofuel, CCS, Clean fuel, Energy storage, Highly efficient new light source, Green car, Energy saving buildings, Heat pump, Nuclear power, Smart grid, Clean thermal power generation KETEP recognized green energy technology as a key measure for corresponding climate change and energy crisis and preoccupying global green energy market so that 'Green Energy Strategy Roadmap 2011' was established. Following the first 'Green Energy Strategy Roadmap 2009', this roadmap was established with reflecting recent R&D status and environmental changes. This roadmap aims at the target of 18% of global green energy market share in 2030 from the current 1.2% of that.
