C – gingival stomatitis/ gingivitis- Vit. D – rachitic rosary- Folate – glossitis- Iron – koilonychias 2. A dietary or laboratory confirmation is obtained .-diet diary-blood panel 2. Provide necessary nutritients to treat deficiency. Problem with this method : Does not take the persons “biochemical individuality” into account. “the origins of a deficiency cannot be understood unless the underlying metabolic patterns are understood. Biochemical individuality- basically, this just means that your body’s way of digesting food is different from anybody else. Natural Hygiene Movement: Took place in the US in the first half of the 20 th century. Maintained that being healthy only required taking care of oneself including: sleeping well, eating well, being physically active, breathing clean air, maintaining balance in one’s overall life...
