Omit from the scoring any confidence ratings for items to which you responded No. INTERPRETATION OF SCORES This scale measures how confident you are that you can manage stressful situations when they occur. High scores (over 50) indicate you are confident that you can manage the stress that you will experience. Low scores (below 50) indicate you do not believe you will be very successful managing the stressful events that you may encounter.
