Have you ever wanted to look up a piece of music and had to reference Opus numbers instead which is hard to remember? I believe there is a huge potential in developing a search engine where you can sing or play to it, and it will list either the music notation of the main theme and provide short audio samples. It will be so convenient, especially for all the musicians out there, and there could be great profits like the google search engine. The question is though, whether developing such a search engine for the mainstream public is feasible as presently there is just no such a tool that is widely available. Purpose To analyze the current technologies that exist related to audio signal processing, such as speech recognition, auto-tune, audio query and indexing techniques to determine whether a music
