Memorandum TO: Lia Carter-Hadley FROM: Kieran Tsai DATE: Sep 1, 2010 RE: The Lie (Chapter 15) First of all, I would never put myself in this situation. However, if I was Henry, I would simply call and have the interview cancelled beforehand. By proactively taking action in showing that you realizes your mistakes and is willing to change may win you a second chance. Frankly, if you do go study abroad, you will need fluent language skills. If you don't have the skill yet, then you wouldn't be able to handle your job any way and it will be even more embarrassed even if you get past the interview. If the board will fire one of us then let it be, both my

technician and I will learn something from this. I will then write a further memo to counsel this doctor of her unprofessionalism after the incident has come to a close. Memorandum TO: Lia Carter-Hadley FROM: Kieran Tsai DATE: Sep 13, 2010 RE: Exposed (Chapter 13) Well, what is done is done. I will stand by my values. I will be up front about it and continue to show my willingness and happy desire to be their teammate and be willing to communicate. I will apologize for my use of words, but that is as far as I would go in apology. Memorandum
