Unformatted text preview: nothing to do with them they do not care. This is not the attitude that anybody should have. Not only because it is unethical, but because this attitude can come back and effect everyone. If we do not manage our water properly, we may not have any water that is worth managing. Water is the most important natural resource that we have and we should do all that we can to protect it. We should decrease the amount of pollutants that we pour in to our rivers, lakes, and oceans. Decreasing pollutants will increase the purity of the water. We should also show care and share the water that we have because so many are not fortunate enough to have water as we do. Texas State students should continue to protect the San Marcos River and Spring Lake through programs like river clean-up. People may not see water as something that is a cause for concern but we should all learn to protect and cherish this wonderful natural resource that none of us can live without....
