1 st   slide: Competitive Advantage There are two perspectives of competitive advantage: cost and differentiation. As you can see in the chart, the cost of using mobile money is significantly lower than any others.  Branches cost an average of $4 per transaction; live representatives cost $3.75 per transaction;  IVR, which stands for interactive voice recognition, costs about $1.50 per transaction on average,  whereas, using mobile money only costs you 8 cents per transaction. The branch is 50 times  costly than mobile money! Mobil money allows people to save time and money. Physically going into your branch isn’t really  necessary. No more rush to the bank for paying the bill, no more standing in line, and no more  being in the jam. It is so handy and easy that you can make transactions anywhere, anytime, as  fast as you sending a text message! 2
