Unformatted text preview: ETHICS FOR MANAGEMENT Business Management 390 Group Case Many ethics cases focus on dramatic, strategic, organization-level decisions. While interesting, most of these cases may not represent the dilemmas you will encounter in the early years of your career. This assignment is designed to immerse you in the details of an actual ethical dilemma that you could conceivably face within the next several years. Working as a team, you will identify, research, present, and analyze an ethics case involving a decision or dilemma that confronts entry- or mid-level managers. The steps of this project are as follows: • Identify: using your team’s network of contacts (professional, family, etc.), find an example of ethical challenges or dilemmas that people have encountered in a professional setting during their early- to mid-careers. You might also consider a dilemma described in the newspaper. They need early- to mid-careers....
