Swimming Stretch Routine Begin standing in a doorway Chest - place hands in doorway about shoulder level high. Step through the doorway enough to feel a stretch across the top of the chest. DO NOT LEAN! Hold 30 seconds. Move hands higher on the doorframe and repeat. Move hands higher again. Repeat 3 x each side Neck - starting with one hand at your side, grip the doorframe even with the lowest point of your hand. Turn head away from that hand. Step through doorway. DO NOT LEAN! Hold 30 seconds. Relax. Turn thumb down to the floor. Turn head to the side and tilt ear to shoulder. Step through door. Hold 30 seconds. Relax. Repeat 3 x each side Biceps - Place hand in doorway, shoulder height. Turn thumb down. Turn away from doorway. Hold 30 seconds. Relax. Repeat 3 x each side Lats - Place hand on top of doorframe. Lean down and shift hips away from door. Lengthen the side that is reaching up. Hold 30 seconds. Relax. Repeat 3 x each side Calves - Place toes against the wall. Push off opposite foot until you feel a stretch in the
