GROUP INSURANCE SALES 2 In today's economy, organizations are seemingly making the transition of less quantity and more quality. Meaning, if they can provide a service or product with much lower overhead, they will do whatever they can to make it happen. Jobs are being moved overseas, better known as off shoring and there seemingly are less management employee roles and more "associate" roles. I will show in my research that by effectively having a balance of managers and associates, organizations can have a better success rate and reach better profits. In the insurance industry, especially regarding in the group sales side, control systems such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project are constantly set in used in order to track performance of an application or employee performance.
