INSURANCE SALES 2 In today's world, organizations are constantly making strides to find those few leaders whom can take the organization to the next level. .. I work in the highly competitive field of group insurance sale. Given our country’s economic climate, with jobs are being off shored there seemingly is an unbalance in role responsibility from the associate perspective. I will show in my research that by effectively having a balance of managers and leaders, organizations can reach attained goals and maintain better yearly success ratings. In the insurance industry, especially regarding in the group sales side, managers are put in place for one main reason and that is to sell.
