Their main focus is the body’s inherent power to adapt and reach homeostasis. CCE The primary chiropractic focus is to diagnose and correct vertebral subluxation. They possess case management skills for a variety of musculoskeletal and non- musculoskeletal presentations. CCE They possess the clinical skills to identify non-symptomatic presentations. for possible co- management with or referral to another health care provider, for the patient’s best interest. CCE The chiropractic student addresses all these health issues, however his main focus is to diagnose and correct vertebral subluxation to facilitate the neurological and biomechanical integrity of the body.
