Hard Tissue 2 Final Exam Highlights Hemophilia B = Christmas factor IX 2 Main cycling hemoglobin’s S = substitutes valine C = substitutes lysine Thalassemia = “hair on end” appearance on lateral skull view Pillar fractures are easily and most missed. Fracture of humerus = Neer classification (how many fractures) 3 types of AC joint separation Type I = space in AC joint can look normal. Type II = AC space not lined up and increased space in clavicular coromial space. Type III = worst type, tearing of AC and cromicalclavicular joints. Surgical repair. Lateral elbow view = + fat pad sign, anterior portion called flagging, can’t normally see posterior. Where does Potts disease affect most common? Degree’s where spondylo is unstable?
