The MD is on 6mm on the right. 225 215 5 MD=6 PI 10 IN 5 PI Raises 4 IN Lowers 2 Net Raise of 2 Fix the right Ilium What is the AD? AD =4 Ask yourself--- Will putting the heel lift on the side of the convexity fit the rule for scoliosis? Is there enough AD to warrant a heel lift? What is the heel lift mm rule? Would you prescribe a heel lift? No, there is only a 4 mm AD, there must be at least 6 mm AD to consider a heel lift.
