Unformatted text preview: Knox County Schools Food Service MANAGER TRAINEE JOB SUMMARY Training provided under the direction and supervision of the Director of School Nutrition to acquire the skill, knowledge, and expertise to perform the duties of a Food Service Manager. Training specifically to enable one to demonstrate the qualifications to become responsible for a production unit including all phases and functions of production and operations. Training to master skills required to supervises and provide leadership to food service personnel. Learn techniques of working closely with school principal and serves as a nutrition source for teachers.
