Strengths: Loyal Customer. Nokia has strong brand reputation, because Nokia has been the world's leading  supplier of mobile phones. User-friendly, this phone is really easy to use. Long battery life. The price is cheaper than similar product in the market. 4G network. Weaknesses: Negative consumer perspective and consumer skeptical of trying this phone.
