2-2 FINAL PROJECT BUSINESS PLAN MILESTONE TWO: ENVIRONMENTAL AND INDUSTRY ANALYSIS2Environmental AnalysisEnvironmental analysis is an important strategic tool that is used to identify the internal and external factors that effects the overall performance of One Stop Animal Care Clinic. This analysis will go over the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. The analysis allows the business to use the results to inform them of the potential issues and hurdles that the business will go through and to prepare for them. “These evaluations are later translated into the decision-making process. The analysis helps align strategies with the firm’s environment” (PESTLEanalysis Contributor, 2015). The environmental analysis, also known as the SWOT analysis, will help the company to have a better understanding of what is working and what is not. It will also give a better understanding of what can is working for the company and what is hurting the company when it comes to the outside threats. Being able to clearly see the positives and negatives of what the business faces will help the business in the making of future decisions.
