Unformatted text preview: a mile once a day has been working for him and me, I have also been working out with a trainer 3 to 4 times a week doing all types of exercises. So I feel this is working with me right now. These activities will be year round because they are always changing I never get bored with my workout. Its just hard sometimes trying to fit the time in a busy day but I have to do it in order to be healthy and lose some much-needed weight....
