Healthy Eating Plan Comparison I have made a plan for not only eating and being healthy for this class but I have made a life change which will continue to help me improve. When I say improve, I mean mentally, physically and spiritually. Couple things I have mark as goals is to eat healthier, be more active and change all my bad habits. In this paper I will explain the change from week one until now and the struggles that I have had and the struggles that I have overcome. That first week I had this crazy plan and thought that it would be easy to change over night but I was wrong. I have found out that you cant just change old habits over night and cold turkey. I struggled with my eating and being active and made excuse why I was not able to put my plan into action. I was doing the things I said I was going to do but I was not going it as often as I needed to do. I feel that first plan was like a rough draft to get to where I am today. But with struggles comes great rewards when you push through. After a hard couple of weeks I have began to get my groove and have a steady schedule that I can plan out to be successful. Hard part was finding the time to eat and be active with work, school, and family being the main focus. Through the weeks and doing the plans and research I have learned that without
