The main questions of the theme 1. The general schema of sources and pathways of transformation of amino acids in an organism of the man. 2. A transamination of amino acids. 3. Transaminases in diagnostics of deseases, vitamin B6. A deamination of amino acids, oxidative deamination. Direct and indirect deamination. Biological meaning of amino acid deamintion. 4. Decarboxylation of amino acids. 5. Formation of ammonia in the organism. Pathways of ammonia detoxification: Reductive amination, formation of asparagines and glutamine. Urea synthesis, errors of urea synthesis and excretion. 6. Hyperammoniemia, it's consequences. Practical work: 1.
