The theme : «Metabolism of hormones» The main questions of the theme: 1. The basic mechanisms of self-control of a metabolism at a level of a cell. 2. The general properties of hormones, concept about cells-targets, receptors of hormones. Modern representations about the mechanism of action of hormones (3 ' 5 '-ГМФ, 3 ' 5 '- АМФ, inosetolphosphate, calcium, etc.). 3. Classification of hormones: in a place of synthesis, by the chemical nature, on the mechanism of action. Rilising-factors of a brain. 4. A general characteristic of hormones of a hypophysis and epiphysis. 5. A structure, influence on a metabolism and the mechanism of action of the major hormones. 6. iodothyronines a thyroid gland (thyroxine and triiodothyronine), a structure, synthesis and the mechanism of action, influence on a metabolism and bio-energetics of a cell. Change of a metabolism at hyper-and hypothyroidism.
