The theme: «Water and electrolyte metabolism. Biochemistry of kidney and urine» The main questions of the theme: 1. Electrolyte structure of liquids of an organism. Sodium, potassium and other electrolytes in an organism. 2. A role of kidneys in regulation of a water-salt metabolism. 3. Mechanisms osmoregulation. 4. Vasopressin,aldosteron and rennin-angeotensin system. Glutaminase of kidneys, its activation at acidosis, ammoniogenesis, a physiological role. 5. Features of a metabolism in a tissue of kidneys. 6. Physical and chemical properties of urine. 7. A chemical compounds of urine and sediment of urine. 8. Pathological components of urine, their definition, value for diagnostics. 9. Phosphorus and calcium metabolism. Functions of ions of calcium in tissue. Vitamin D3, transformation into derivatives with hormonal activity: 25-oxycholecalciferol and 1,25- dihydroxycalciferol, influence on an exchange of calcium and phosphates. 10. Regulation of phosphorus and calcium metabolism PTH – hormone and calcitonin.
