Personal Nutrition and 2 Personalized Nutrition and Exercise Plan Introduction Healthy nutrition and exercise plan is one of the major keys to health and happiness. Balancing my individual nutritional needs with physical activity allows developing a plan that maintains a healthy weight and prevents disease appearing. Anemia makes me feel weak and easily irritable, also causes paleness of skin, headaches, and loss of appetite. My next step into fighting and treating anemia is to elaborate a healthy eating and exercise plan.
