It’s natural e. But it’s still too cold outside! Climate Change s The mean temperature of Earth seems to be changing - about 1 degree C in the past 100 years. This has prompted a lot of discussion on global warming, s Four questions need to be settled: Is it real? Is it man-made? Is it bad? If it is man-made and bad, is it reversible? s Some data are certain and others are more tenuous. This is not a time to rush to judgment. s The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Report can be downloaded from http://www.ipcc.ch/SPM2feb07.pdf
