The H.R. 2410 is a really important legislation because it deals with the overall United States’ foreign affairs. For example, this bill includes important topics such as the worldwide security protection, the United States’ diplomacy, the educational and cultural exchange programs, migration and refugee assistance, the security assistance for Pakistan, the Iraq and Afghanistan’s reconstruction, or the nation’s exports and imports control policies.
