Autumn Constance Psy 350 T-Th 11-12:15 2/27/10 Observation 3 1. In our class the main goals are to build your skills and self confidence in interviewing people and counseling. We use the class time to practice on the other students in the classroom. We usually get into groups with three people. One person’s job is to be the observer, one is the interviewer and one takes the job of the client. After a couple minutes we all switch jobs so the other can get a chance to interview and observe. This is just to practice so that we become more comfortable with doing interviews. It also helps to give the hands on experience we need to become great. I believe that we get better with each practice session. 2. Like I said in my last observation my group members do not always connect because we don’t use the same people every time. It’s usually a mix match of students just meeting in the back corner. Lately, we have been connecting better because we have been discussing topics that we all feel the stress about.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
