Scanning Short Term Memory Autumn Constance Central Michigan University Abstract The theory of Scanning Short term memory was investigated in the current study. College participants were shown set sizes of numbers and were asked to identify if the probe number shown after was indicated in the set. RT and accuracy were measured among the 15 participants.
